An internal NYPD disciplinary case opened on 5/28/2014 alleged that this officer engaged in the following conduct: 1) On Five (5) Occasions, Wrongfully Obtained The Driver's License Information Of Five (5) Motorists And Gave Said Information To Another Individual, Whose Identity Is Known To The Department, In Exchange For Money, Property, And Stolen And/or Fraudulent Credit Card Numbers - Filed. 2) On Four (4) Occasions, Wrongfully Possessed, Used, Attempted To Use, Or Had Used On His Behalf Stolen And/or Fraudulent Credit Card Numbers In Order To Purchase Goods And Services - Filed. 3) Wrongfully Received And Was In Possession Of Stolen Property In That Said Property Was Purchased By An Individual, Whose Identity Is Known To The Department, In The Presence Of And On Behalf Of Said Police Officer Using Stolen And/or Fraudulent Credit Card Numbers And Said Property Was Delivered To Said Police Officer's Residence - Filed. The officer received the following penalty: Respondent Has Been Dismissed From The New York City Police Department.
