An internal NYPD disciplinary case opened on 5/11/2011 alleged that this officer engaged in the following conduct: 1) Having Reported Sick Wrongfully And Without Just Cause Was Absent From His Residence Without Permission Of The District Surgeon Or Medical Division Sick Desk Supervisor - Pleaded Guilty. The officer received the following penalty: Dismissal From The New York City Department; However, Judgment Is Suspended And Respondent Will Be Placed On Dismissal Probation For A Period Of One (1) Year. Vested Interest Retirement. Forfeiture Of Time/Leave Balances. Forfeiture Of Thirty (30) Pre-Trial Suspension Days Already Served.

An internal NYPD disciplinary case opened on 7/19/2011 alleged that this officer engaged in the following conduct: 1) While Off Duty Outside Of A Restaurant Did Intentionally Place Or Attempted To Place Another Person And An Employee Of The Restaurant, In Reasonable Fear Of Physical Injury, Serious Injury, Or Death By Pointing His Off-Duty Firearm - Not Guilty. 2) While Off-Duty Operated A Motor Vehicle While Impaired By The Consumption Of Alcohol - Pleaded Guilty. 3) While Off-Duty Operated A Motor Vehicle While In An Intoxicated Condition - Not Guilty. 4) While Off-Duty Having Been Arrested For Driving Under The Influence Of Alcohol Refused To Submit To A Breathalyzer Test - Pleaded Guilty. 5) While Off-Duty Was Unfit For Duty Due To The Consumption Of Alcohol - Guilty. 6) While Off-Duty Was Armed While Unfit For Duty Due To The Consumption Of Alcohol - Guilty. 7) While Off-Duty Wrongfully Did Fail To Safeguard His Off Duty Firearm By Leaving It Wrapped In A Shirt Under The Driver's Seat Of His Parked Vehicle - Pleaded Guilty. 8) Wrongfully Possessed An Unauthorized Copy Of A Nypd Restricted Parking Plate In His Private Vehicle - Pleaded Guilty. 9) Wrongfully Operated His Personal Vehicle Without Possessing A Valid New York State Drivers License - Pleaded Guilty. 10) Wrongfully Neglected To Inform His Commanding Officer That His New York State Drivers License Had Expired - Pleaded Guilty. 11) Wrongfully Impeded An Official Department Investigation By Repeatedly Denying To A Supervisor That He Was In Possession Of His Firearm When, In Fact, He Was Not - Not Guilty. 12) Wrongfully Impeded An Official Department Investigation By Failing To Disclose To Department Investigators The Identities Of Two Individuals Who Were In His Private Vehicle When Said Officer Menaced Another Person With A Firearm And Went Back To the Persons Place Of Employment To Question Coworkers About Said Persons Work Schedule. - Guilty.
