An internal NYPD disciplinary case opened on 1/14/2013 alleged that this officer engaged in the following conduct: 1) While On-Duty, Swore Falsely And Made A False Statement Consisting Of Testimony That Was Material To The Action, Proceeding Or Matter In Which It Was Made - Dismissed. 2) While On-Duty, Swore Falsely And Made A False Statement Consisting Of Testimony That Was Material To The Action, Proceeding Or Matter In Which It Was Made - Dismissed. 3) While On-Duty, Presented A Written Instrument Knowing It Contained A False Statement Or False Information, With Intent To Defraud, And Presented It To A Public Office Or Public Servant With The Knowledge Or Belief That It Would Be Filled With, Registered Or Recorded In Or Other side Become A Part Of The Records Of Such Public Office - Dismissed. 4) While On-Duty, Presented A Written, Instrument Knowing It Contained A False Statement Or False Information And Presented It To A Public Office Or Public Servant With The Knowledge Or Belief That It Would Be Filed With, Registered Or Recorded In Or Otherwise Become A Part Of The Records Of Such Public Office - Dismissed. 5) While On-Duty, Made Or Caused A False Entry In The Business Record Of An Enterprise - Dismissed. 6) While On-Duty, Intentionally Obstructed, Impaired Or Perverted The Administration Of Law Or Other Governmental Function, By Means Of Intimidation, Physical Force Or Interference, Or By Means Of An Independent Unlawful Act - Dismissed. 7) Official Misconduct - Dismissed.
