Summary

Plaintiff received a phone call from his friend asking him to hang out and to loan him $20. When he arrived at his friend's residence, he was approached by three undercover and unmarked police officers, who said offered him $40 to go buy alcohol and said afterwards, he could 'hang out with girls'. Plaintiff said no, and was immediately handcuffed and taken to the 44th Precinct. At the Precinct, Plaintiff was subjected to full body cavity search and was denied a phone call to his son. Plaintiff was charged with drug possession with intent to sell and was released on ROR. Plaintiff alleges that police officers planted the drugs on him. Plaintiff was acquitted of all charges at a jury trial.
