Jackson v. City Of New York, et al
The plaintiff was walking down the street when he was suddenly approached by the defendant officers, stopped and frisked. The defendant officers proceeded to use excessive force to the point where the plaintiff had to be picked up by an ambulance and hospitalized prior to being taken down to the nearby precinct and charged with Resisting Arrest, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Disorderly Conduct. The charges were later dismissed.
