Leone v. City Of New York et al
Defendant Officers pulled behind Plaintiff's car and turned on their lights. Plaintiff called 911 to confirm that they were officers and was told that they weren't. Defendant officer then rammed Plaintiff's car and forced it off the road, approached plaintiff and put a gun to his head, took him out of the car, breathalyzed him, and searched it. After not finding anything, officers fled the scene but then more arrived in response to Plaintiff's 911 call. The officers then made Plaintiff follow them to the 50th precinct where he was interviewed and then released.
