Allen v. City of New York et al

Summary

Plaintiff left his vehicle running outside the club he worked at and ran in to get his check. When he came back outside, Defendant officers stopped him, asked for identification, frisked and searched him. Plaintiff was arrested, taken to the 41st precinct, and charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct and given a summons for making unreasonable noise AC 24-218(a) and for leaving his vehicle unattended AC 10-111(a). All charges were dismissed.
