Pickens v. The City of New York et al
Defendant Undercover Officers approached Plaintiff where he worked at a deli, asked him if he knew where they could buy marijuana, and he replied he did not. Plaintiff referred them to an individual next to him and sold the officers an iced tea. A short while later, Defendant Officers Laine and Leineck came into the store, searched Plaintiff, arrested him, and charged him with Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the Fourth Degree, which was later dismissed.
