Dec. 12, 2013 , plaintiff was lawfully driving his vehicle when the vehicle slid on ice, causing the vehicle to slip off the road and crash. Plaintiff then called 911 and waited for Defendant Officers to arrive. Defendant Munoz stated that Plaintiff's insurance card was fraudulent despite plaintiff explaining that his card was not fraudulent, defendant officers arrested the plaintiff, took him to 34th precinct, charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the Second Degree, which was later dismissed.
