Summary

Plaintiff, a black male, was walking down the street when plainclothes officers stopped him, threw him against their unmarked car, and brought him to the precinct where he was strip-searched. No drugs were found but Plaintiff was falsely accused of 220.39 criminal sale of a controlled substance; 222.06(1) criminal possession of a controlled substance; and 220.03 criminal possession of a controlled substance. Charges were eventually dismissed.
