Summary

Doorman opened the apartment door for residents and plainclothes detective went in building with them. Det Cesear yelled at residents (black males) waiting for the elevator to get on the ground. Det. Cardona and Talavera arrived and arrested plaintiff on Possession of Marijuana stating he had thrown it on the ground. Plaintiff was taken to 25th precinct, given a DAT for 221.10(1) and 221.05 which were eventually dismissed.
