Black et al v. City of New York et al
Defendant Officers forced their way into Plaintiff's home, searched it, grabbed, injured, and arrested Plaintiff and brought him to the 73rd Precinct. Plaintiff charged with false charges and subjected to multiple strip searches while held at RNDC until the charges were terminated in plaintiff's favor . While at RNDC, Plaintiff was attacked by other detainees while the Correction Officers watched and failed to intervene. On a second incident, Defendant Officers again forced their way into plaintiff's apartment, arrested him, and took him to the 73rd precinct for questioning, until he was released without being charged with a crime.
