McFarland v. The City of New York et al
Plaintiff was with his two-year-old daughter walking on the street when a police officer when he was ordered to stop in front of a day care center. Officer then searched the plaintiff and went in the plaintiff's underwear and was detained for over an hour before being released. On 04/10/2015 at 2pm, Plaintiff was on Essex Street in Brooklyn when he was approached by an officer who searched, handcuffed, and arrested him, and then allowed him to leave. On 06/06/2015 at 6:20 pm, Plaintiff was at 336 Elton Street when he was stopped and searched by officers. On 06/14/2015 at 1:00 pm at 336 Elton Street, Officer Grieco stopped the plaintiff, searched him, and handcuffed him. Plaintiff was then issued a summons for dis con, which was then dismissed for facial insufficiency. On 07/04/2015 at 9:00 PM, Plaintiff was at 386 Essex Street when he was stopped and searched by two officers and then placed in handcuffs. Plaintiff was then released. On 08/01/2015 at 9:00 PM at 386 Essex Street, Plaintiff was stopped, searched, and placed in handcuffs by multiple officers. On 08/10/2015 at 11:00 AM, Plaintiff was with his daughter again when he was stopped and partially strip searched in front of his daughter.
