McClarin v. The City of New York et al
As Plaintiff was sleeping in his apartment, Defendant Officers entered without a warrant and placed Plaintiff in tight handcuffs. During the course of removing Plaintiff from the apartment, Defendant Officers slammed Plaintiff onto the pavement, causing a shoulder dislocation. After being brought to the 75th Precinct, one Defendant Officers shot Plaintiff with a b.b. gun at least five times. Plaintiff had unspecified charges filed against him to which the grand jury returned a no true bill.
