Freeman v. City of New York et al
The plaintiff was walking home when he was stopped by the defendant officers. Officer Gambino uttered a racial slur and searched the plaintiff without any cause for suspicion. The defendant officers then took the plaintiff to the 75th Precinct where he was searched again and then falsely charged with urinating in public. The charges were dismissed.
