Summary
Defendant Officers pulled over Plaintiff, who was 30 weeks pregnant. The defendants asked for her license and registration and while she looked in her glove box the defendants rushed her asking "what the fuck is taking so long". The plaintiff said she was going to record the officers if they continued speaking to her in such a manner. Castellano then told the plaintiff she was under arrest and forcefully grabbed her from her vehicle. Castellano threw her to the ground on her pregnant stomach, handcuffed the plaintiff, transported her to the 121st Precinct and then a hospital. She was then brought to the 120th Precinct, charged with OGA and Resisting Arrest, and Dis con, which were ACD'ed.
