Aragonez v. City of New York et al
Mr. Aragonez was walking to class when a group of male students aggressively approached him and around 8 students began to attack Mr. Aragonez and his cousin. School staff and safety officers were not able to break the situation and police officer Phillips and John Doe, grabbed Mr. Aragonez and threw him into a classroom that had a class in session. Mr. Aragonez was slammed into a desk head first not being able to move, when police officer Phillips began to hit Mr. Aragonez with his metal baton. When Phillips stooped and handcuffed Mr. Aragonez, he complained of not being able to breathe and that the cuffs were on too tight and Defendant did nothing to help him.
