Summary

Defendant Officers executed a search warrant at an apartment where Plaintiffs were lawful guests. Although none of them were the subject of a warrant, Officer used excessive force and arrested them, took them to the 70th Precinct, and charged them with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. All charges were eventually dismissed against all plaintiffs.
