Wright v. Trapasso et al.
Plaintiff pulled over and parked on side of road after seeing police vehicle lights and waited. Defendant police officers approached plaintiff's vehicle, verbally assaulted him and told him his headlight was out. Plaintiff called 120th precinct to file a complaint against defendant officers while waiting in his vehicle. Defendant officers opened driver's door and physically assaulted plaintiff with baton and pepper spray. Plaintiff was removed from his vehicle by defendant officer, the vehicle was searched, and he was placed in handcuffs. Plaintiff was charged with menacing, harassment, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Plaintiff was convicted of disorderly conduct.
