Brown v. City of New York et al.
Plaintiff was pulled over and arrested by defendant officers as a suspect in a prior homicide case. He was transported to the 67th Precinct. Plaintiff was charged with eight counts of attempted murder and an assortment of other charges, including weapons and reckless endangerment charges as well as multiple counts of various assault charges. He was indicted by the Brooklyn DA and spent 16 months in Rikers. The case was dismissed.
