Jones et al v. City of New York et al.
Defendant NYPD officers broke open the front door of Plaintiffs residence, discharged flash grenades, entered with guns drawn, and sprayed a substance at plaintiffs. Officers took away one plaintiff's daughter, knocked her son down with a riot shield, sprayed a fire extinguisher in the home, and urinated in the home. Officers stole Plaintiff's personal items and arrested them. All Plaintiffs were charged with 220.03 and 220.50 and their cases were ACD'd.
